# # # WantedLevelTweaks

The game has a hidden value called Chaos Level. Chaos Level is increased by committing crimes. Default values are

Wanted Level 1 - Chaos 50
Wanted Level 2 - Chaos 180
Wanted Level 3 - Chaos 550
Wanted Level 4 - Chaos 1200
Wanted Level 5 - Chaos 2400
Wanted Level 6 - Chaos 4600

Those levels determine how many chaos points are needed to reach the next level. With this new ini, we can adjust how many chaos points it would take to reach a star. For example if you don’t wanna reach Lvl5 so quickly after reaching Lvl4 you can raise Lvl5 Chaos to 3000 instead of 2400.

# # # HScolorsEnabled

"lockon.png" and "lockonFire.png" from ".additional_files" folder must be added to your "particle.txd" file
so that the colors would work properly. In vanilla these files have colored (red and green) texures. The replacement
ones are white. This is required to properly and easily change the colors.

# # # WeatherTweakEnabled

Game weather mechanics:

Vanilla weather system has a predefined list of 64 weather types for each region. When you start the game interpolation counter starts counting from 0.0 to 1.0. It reaches 1.0 after one in-game hour. This is done to maintain smooth transition between weather types. Going through all 64 types takes approximately 2.66 in-game days. This tweak allows to change these lists. The weather is changed by the game itself, so it is not too intrusive. Archive WeatherLists.rar contains all weather types with annotation (not required for mod to works, it's just info). You can set any weather you want. You can set sandstorms to appear in Los Santos. Rain from countryside in desert. And so on. Inside .ini file there are 2 strings of weather types for each of 5 regions. Unfortunately, I had to split them into 2 lines with 32 types each. Cleo 4.4.4 can't handle very long strings. So, WeatherLS2 is just a continuation of WeatherLS1.

Please follow the formatting of the string. No extra spaces between values and at the end of the line.

# # # HeliShootingRate

Heli shooting rate: The game picks a number between 0.0 and 1.0 and checks if it's greater or equal to 0.15000001 . If it is — it sets the shooting rate to 150. If not — the it sets it to 400 (these are relative values, based on time). You can ignore the randomizer value (HeliShootingRand) and just set Rate1 and Rate2 to same values (lower values mean faster shooting), that's the best and easiest way.

Example:
HeliShootingRate1=100
HeliShootingRate2=100
