The Mystery of the Fisherman's Lagoon Wheelchair
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey!
There used to be a myth about a mysterious wheelchair on the pier of the Fisherman's Lagoon. There were many versions about this.
But I was interested in this name, because This story turned out to be genuine.
It was found by a guy from YouTube (it was a long time ago, I can't remember) and it sounds like this:
Legend has it that this stroller belongs to a certain man who was brought to the bay by his daughter. So that he could fish there and just look at the water.
This place was also located near a small town.
And then one day, when his daughter came back for him, she simply did not find him. The body was never found, the old man seemed to have disappeared.
The daughter decided not to move the stroller, came to the pier for a while and sat down next to her, imagining how she was talking to her father.
There is also an intersection with New York, where the father and daughter lived. Coils that have the inscription "CARCER"on the shore.
Carcer City is a city from another Rockstar game-Manhunt, which is partly a prototype of New York

So here's to the game. Now in the Fisherman's Lagoon you can meet the girl at this stroller.
And at night, the ghost of an old man sitting in a wheelchair.(It doesn't appear every night)
