- Required stuffs for the proper run: (I put them in the stuffs folder)
-------------------------------------
- Asi loader (for Up/Down Lights Plugin) -you don't have to extract it, it's just for backup-
- Up/Down Lights PlugIn -you don't have to extract it, it's just for backup-
- Cleo 4 (for ELM)
- ELM 9.1: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1380 (you can find everything in ELM's readme, read it please!)
- IV High Quality Lights Mod v2.2 (modified with the Diablo's lights)

- Install:
---------
I made 2 versions, there's a version (eyecandy) with Up/Down, HQLM and ELM, and there's a version (base) without them. A good old conversion, base modell with original SA lights and damage parts. :)
Choose the base one, if you don't want to use them. The first 3 steps are for both, and the other 3 is for the Up/Down, HQLM, ELM.

1. Open the gta3.img with your favorite tool (IMG Tool, Alci's IMG Editor, etc), and replace the copcarvg.dff, and the copcarvg.txd.
Then rebuild the archive (not necessary).

2. Open handling.cfg in the root/data folder, and replace the following line:
POLICE_VG 1576.0 3000.0 2.0 0.0 0.0 -0.20 70 0.75 0.89 0.50 5 325.0 33.0 10.0 R P 8.0 0.52 0 34.0 1.6 0.10 5.0 0.30 -0.15 0.5 0.3 0.15 0.49 45000 2004 200000 1 1	1

3. Open vehicle.ide in the root/data folder, and replace the following line:
598, copcarvg,	copcarvg,	car, POLICE_VG, POLICAR,	null,	ignore, 5,	0,	0, -1, 0.75, 0.8,	-1

That was the base install, the following lines for those, who wants to install Up/Down Lights, HQLM and ELM too:

4. Copy everything from "to GTA SA root" directory to GTA SA main directory. Overwrite if it asks.

5. Install Cleo 4 (stuffs folder) if you don't have it, after that step, install ELM 9.1 (ELM's readme for the steps and using)

6. Copy vehicle.txd from stuffs folder to your root/models/generic folder, and overwrite it.

The Up/Down Lights PlugIn is totally compatible with the game, you don't have to change it, I made everything.
If you already use it, just add the copcarvg's ID, what is: 598

You can replace any car you want, but watch out, if you replace another car, you have to change the ID number in UpDownLigts.ini !!
Open it with Wordpad or Notepad, and change your desired car's ID under [CAR_IDs], then save it.
There is an ID, 477, leave it alone, it's the ZR 350's ID. :)

That's all, run the game and go catch some bad guys, racers. :)

- Known bugs:
-----------
- I couldn't fix the original flashing effect to the lightbar's height, so it looks silly that something is flashing above the car.

Enjoy it!
